2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:

Provide valid identification for all parties requiring notarization. Confirm appointments and notify us of any changes at least 24 hours in advance. Ensure that all documents are complete and ready for notarization. Refrain from requesting services that involve illegal activities or fraudulent documentation.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are transparent and agreed upon prior to service. Payment terms include:

Fees based on the type and number of notarizations required. Travel fees may apply for mobile notary services. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments may result in additional charges or service refusal.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Failure to cancel within the required timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Limitations of Liability

The content, validity, or legal effects of the documents notarized. Delays caused by client non-compliance or lack of preparedness. Any loss, damages, or claims arising from your use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all documents and personal information provided. However, we may disclose information if required by law or court order.

7. Prohibited Use

Misuse our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. Tamper with or alter notarized documents after service completion. Engage in any activity that disrupts our operations or compromises our integrity.
