Real Estate Closings

We specialize in notarizing complex real estate documents. Our priority is to provide you and your client with an easy and comfortable closing experience.

Real Estate Packages:

Our Notaries are all 'Certified Loan Signing Agents' and have undergone specialized training, certification & background checks to handle Loan Documents. We also carry additional insurance required to provide this service for you to ensure proper execution & legal compliance.

These are specialized services, therefore regular state regulated Notary fees do not apply. Please call for quote.

Apostille Services

Our Apostille service prices are based on how quickly you need it completed.

  • $150 Turnaround time 7-10 Business Days

  • $45 Each additional document

  • $75 Travel Fee to pick up & return documents

  • $10 per notarization (if needed)

    We're delighted to offer assistance with shipping your documents via FedEx or UPS to your preferred destination. Simply cover the shipping cost, and we’ll handle the rest. For expedited services, feel free to reach out to us for a customized quote—we’re here to help!

    If your document is a vital record, birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, it must be apostilled in the state that it was originated.

    All vital record documents must be an official certified copy obtained within the last 6 months from the country recorder or vital check to be apostilled.

Our field inspections provide dependable, on-site assessments to verify property condition and ensure legal compliance. These reports offer valuable insights for lenders, insurers, and real estate professionals.

For added flexibility, we offer services outside of regular business hours and can provide witnesses if needed. Additional charges may apply for circumstances like waiting time or no-shows.

  • Witness Coordination Fee: $40 per witness

  • Printing Fee: $2 per page up to 20 pages

  • Document Drop off to Fed Ex or UPS: $10

  • PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash, Apple Pay or Check. Credit/Debit cards, PayPal for an additional convenience fee.

  • Parking, waiting, no-shows, and non-completion fees apply as needed.
